Try doing the following:
- Make sure you are using the correct URL. You should be using the new one, https://jde25pd.unitedwheels.com/
- Clear your browser's cache. See below for instructions. Make sure to choose "All Time".
- Try restarting your PC.
- If none of the above work, your password may be expired. Let's reset it:
- Go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com
- Click on "Change Password" on the left column.
- Change your password. Password requirements:
- At least 12 characters.
- Include upper and lower case letters.
- Include at least 1 number.
- Include at least 1 special character, ie, !@#$%^
- It cannot include any personal information like your name.
- I cannont be a password you've used in the past year.
