How to Connect to United Wheels Contractor VPN – United Wheels Service Desk

This guide will walk you through connecting to the United Wheels Contractor VPN using Cisco Secure Client (formerly AnyConnect).

(Please Note: You must have the Cisco Secure Client application installed to connect to the United Wheels Contractor VPN. The Cisco Secure Client application can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store for Windows PCs and Apple's App Store for Apple devices. Please refer to your company's IT policies regarding installing the application and for support.)

Connecting to the United Wheels Contractor VPN

Click the Windows Start button and open the Cisco Secure Client application.
Enter the URL Address ivgokbafb-dkjbqgqhqvmc.dynamic-m.com and click Connect.
Enter your United Wheels ID in the Sign In field and then click Next.
Enter your United Wheels Password in the Enter Password field and then click Sign In.
(Please Note: Access to the United Wheels Contractor VPN requires MFA authentication using an MFA Authenticator App. Please refer to your company's IT Policies in determining what authenticator apps are allowed for you use.) Click the Next button to register your MFA Authenticator App. NOTE: If you have already registered an MFA authenticator app to your account then this step is automatically skipped and prompts you to use your authenticator app for MFA.
Click the Accept button to connect to the Contractor VPN network or click Disconnect to cancel the VPN connection request.
